There are 4 layers: Oreo, cheesecake, Oreo and cheesecake.
Feedback:
1. The cheesecake is rather sour and yoghurt-heavy.
2. The cheesecake is not sweet.
3. The cheesecake is not too cheese heavy and therefore not filling.
Reflections and Improvements:
1. Greek yoghurt is rather sour. Other not-too-sour yoghurt can be used as a replacement.
2. More Oreo crumbs within the cheesecake will be better.
I am glad my mum likes it a lot. The satisfaction I got when my mum likes it is all that counts.
