  Out from the container.

Side-view of the brownies.

Feedback:
1. The brownies are rather bitter.
2.The brownies are not cake-like (soft).
3.Some parts of the brownies are over-baked.

Reflections and Improvements:
1. Brown sugar is used instead of normal sugar. (Because my mum doesn't use normal sugar to cook) Brown sugar is less sweet than normal sugar and that's why it is rather bitter because I added the same proportion of sugar.
2.Greek yoghurt is sour. I would like to try other brand of plain yoghurt that is less sour.
3. Extra eggs are added, maybe that's the reason why it is not cake-like.
4. To prevent it from overbaking, I should supervise it when it is baking too see if it is baked by poking chopsticks into it, rather than doing other things.
