Conflicts in Life

As you might already know I have been staying in Singapore for three years.
However, during school holidays, I seek the chance to go home whenever I can.

People always say we, humans or even animals learn to adapt to new environment.
However speaking from my experiences, I feel that not only do we adapt to new environment, we need to adapt to the environment that we are familiar of (not new to us) after leaving it for a while.
New environment implies new lifestyle.
Familiar environment implies different lifestyle.

Less freedom.
Less authority.
Less choice.
Less planning.
Less focus.

More warmth.
More love.
More connection.
More reflections.
More expression.

Two places give two different experiences.
Life is full of conflict. There is no clear answer to a question.
There will be no absolute answer as to what is the right choice.
Reflect from the past.
Live in the present.
Think for the future.
